The iBKS Plus is a rugged Bluetooth Beacon designed for indoor location, proximity marketing and RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems) in demanding environments. Fully compatible with iBeacon and Eddystone, this BLE beacon combines long battery life with an IP67 dust & waterproof enclosure, making it ideal for industrial facilities, warehouses, parking areas and semi-outdoor installations.
Engineered for professional deployments, iBKS Plus supports iBeacon and Eddystone (UID, URL, TLM & EID), enabling seamless integration with mobile apps and RTLS platforms. Its robust enclosure and multiple fixing options (screws, flanges or adhesive) allow flexible installation on walls, machinery or infrastructure. The external button with status LED simplifies commissioning, on/off control and maintenance during installation.
Thanks to its ultra-low power consumption and 4x AA alkaline batteries (total capacity 5400 mAh), iBKS Plus delivers long operational life for large-scale RTLS and indoor location infrastructures. The device supports firmware updates Over The Air (OTA) and is 100% configurable, allowing full control over transmission power, advertising intervals and beacon profiles. Optional sensors (accelerometer, hall sensor, temperature) enable advanced use cases such as motion-based activation, tamper detection and environmental monitoring.
