PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
OCLUC is a smart safe that features a Bluetooth Low Energy interface, allowing the user to control it via a smartphone, intuitively and quickly. You can control who and when the safe has been opened, set time locks, and even send a hidden signal if you are forced to open the safe. Additionally, it implements a membrane keypad with bi-color LED and an emergency key lock with solenoid.
Main features and functionalities:
· Activate or deactivate the interior light and speaker.
· Schedule a delayed opening.
· Plan time locks.
· Send a signal through Coercion Code.
· Multi-user.
· View event audit.
· Open the safe.
HOW IT WORKS

HOW IT WORKS
Ocluc is a safe that operates with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and allows the user to control it via smartphone. Thanks to an application, you can see at any time who and when the safe has been opened; delayed openings and time locks, and send a hidden signal in case you are forced to open the safe.

HOW WE DID IT
We designed electronic hardware that controls the Arcas Olle safes, allowing them to be locked and unlocked wirelessly.

TECHNICAL ASPECTS
Connectivity: Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
Battery: 4x AA Battery
Security: Hash security implementation
Others: Buzzer, Membrane keypad with bi-color LED

THE CLIENT
ARCAS OLLE is a family business dedicated to the manufacturing of safes since 1845. As a leading company in the sector, they have the need to continuously innovate and apply the latest technologies in the manufacturing processes.

STEP BY STEP
1. Innovation and feasibility
The first contact with Arcas Ollé was to develop a membrane keypad for one of their safes (already on the market). However, our team of engineers saw more possibilities in the project and, based on a study, also proposed incorporating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
Once the proposal was accepted on a technical level, our team set out to conduct a feasibility study, calculating all the costs of the product development process (from start to finish).

2. Comprehensive engineering service
In this project, our engineering team deployed its full potential. On an existing product, the Arcas Ollé safe, we designed the electronic board (hardware) and the firmware to provide the device with intelligence and meet the initial requirements.
Prototypes were delivered for testing, and after some minor adjustments, we completed the electronic part. We then developed two mobile applications (Android and iOS).

3. Mass production
It was time for the industrialization and assembly of the final product, and mass production. This is a product that is currently ongoing with an approximate production of 3 thousand units annually.
