SALES & RETURN POLICY
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
All the items purchased at www.accent-systems.com can always be returned if they are in perfect conditions and the product has not been used. However, don’t forget that you have 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to return it.
To proceed with the return of the product, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org providing us your information and the order number confirming your request to return (let us know the reason).
As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you to provide more information about how to proceed. The item must be shipped in the same conditions as received. Protect the box with the same packaging we used and if you don’t have the original packaging, you have to replace it with packaging of similar size and capacity. If we check that the product doesn’t arrive in perfect conditions, it can affect the mentioned change.
Once we receive the item you bought, and we check the status, we will refund the amount.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING FOR MY RETURN?
Yes, the customer is responsible for paying the costs of pick up. These costs will be subtracted from the amount to be refund.
HOW WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once approved the return, you will receive the amount of the transaction less the costs of collection generated by the same payment method which you made the purchase.
